Group Workshop Cancellation

The Identified User may cancel or reschedule a group workshop without incurring a fee by giving a written notice to the Contractor by e-mail at retraite.canada.retirement@cegepmv.ca at least 10 working days prior to the workshop delivery date; and
In the event that the Identified User does not provide a minimum of 10 working days' notice to cancel a group workshop, the contractor will be paid the price of the workshop in accordance with Annex B, Basis of Payment and will be reimbursed non-refundable travel and living expenses incurred, if any.

Individual Workshop Cancellation

The Identified User may cancel or reschedule its participation to a workshop at no cost by giving a written notice, by email, to the Contractor at retraite.canada.retirement@cegepmv.ca at least 10 working days before the workshop start date;
If failure to cancel within 10 working days, the organization shall assume full cost of workshop, in accordance with Annex B, Basis of Payment;
The Contractor may cancel or reschedule a workshop due to insufficient registrations, by giving a written notice, by email, to the Identified User, at least 10 working days before the start of the workshop. If a participant requires travelling to attend a workshop, we recommend travel and living arrangements be booked and confirmed , only within the 10 working days prior to the scheduled workshop in order to avoid additional fees to his/her department.
In the event that the Contractor does not provide a minimum of 10 working days' notice to cancel or reschedule a wokshop, the Contractor will reimburse the participants its non-refundable travel and living expenses, if any.

If Canada of the Contractor has to cancel a group or individual worshop due to an unforeseeable of uncontrollable event, such as a strike, virus attack, pandemic, power or technical failure, no cancellation charges will be applied.
