This section presents the Chair's publications. You will find research reports, newsletters and a selection of books, articles and external reports that provide food for thought on education in prisons. Through the dissemination of this work, the Chair wishes to contribute to the development of knowledge, the sharing of experiences and the strengthening of educational practices in the service of reintegration and social justice.

Newsletter

The UNESCO Chair's newsletters, published on a regular basis, highlight research advances, inspiring initiatives and ongoing collaborations in the field of education in prisons. Each edition includes a word from the Chairholder, a community of interest with news from the community, the Chair's activities, as well as news on prison education initiatives around the world. They also offer a portrait of a researcher, a portrait of a learner in the training and awareness category, and a review of articles and scientific reports from the current year. The objective of these bulletins is to inform and raise awareness in the community, to mobilize knowledge, and to give a voice to incarcerated people to promote an enriching and inclusive exchange.
